The present invention refers to base plates used in the installation and mounting of recessed electric control and control devices, whose plates suitably fixed to the metal mounting frame of the built-in electrical device, close and perfectly conceal this area leaving only the base plate itself, together with the actuating element of the electrical device or other complementary element, visible, whether the keys, the buttons, etc. can be visible from the outside. Specifically, the fact that on the recessed installation of the electric mechanism is only visible from the outside the base plate, together with the element located in its central zone, makes this plate, mentioned several times, an element of considerable importance from an aesthetic and decorative point of view. Interior design experts, when designing the area or areas to be decorated, whether in private homes or in places intended for offices, cabinets and similar places, wish to have these electrical elements that are in harmony with the set to decorate, thanks to the use of base plates with the appropriate chromatic finish, as well as their actuating elements, such as buttons, buttons or similar elements, but especially the keys, located in the central area of the plate. However, all this has a significant disadvantage, since, when he makes a change of decoration of the place, it is possible that the expert in interior design wishes to change the color tones of the base plates installed on the various points of this place, which represents a high cost, whether in labor for disassembly and subsequent assembly of the electrical device, or because of the need to acquire a new plate with a distinct chromatic appearance while discarding the existing plate well before the end of life of said piece. The base plates forming the subject of the present invention offer a practical and economical solution to the problematic previously stated, since it presents the immediate possibility of coupling, without any additional accessories, a cache with the appropriate chromatic tone, on the installed base plate, with which the interior decorator or expert can install, with which the interior designer or interior design expert can have the desired tone on the designed set. The base plates comprise chromatic covers and integrable intermediate frames, said covers being fitted under pressure, by interlocking triangular protrusions they have on their edge, under the lower lateral edge of the mentioned base plates, these caches having a chromatic finish completely different from that of the base plates, all this so that by placing one of these plate covers on the corresponding plate, we obtain a change in the chromatic aspect of the set, achievable objective as much many times as necessary by the use of various plate covers with different color finish. In addition to the foregoing, this invention also presents the possible placement of caches of a different color tone on the key, generally tilting, installed in the central zone of the base plate, and also the intermediate arrangement of frames , housed in the opening or central window of the base plate, frames which, in a practical embodiment variant, will have a folding lid, of great utility in the production of basic electrical socket devices, since said cover protects the area at a lower level, where is located the mentioned socket base mechanism. In order to understand in detail the characteristics of the base plates that have been referred to, a series of drawings are joined on which the references will coincide with the various elements which are described hereinafter. In said drawings: FIG. 1 is a perspective and exploded view of the components of the practical embodiment of the electric mechanism actuable by means of a rocker button, object of the invention, showing the cache of the base plate drawn first line of lines, near of the exploded set, like the cover of the key, also drawn in dashed line. The two covers also appear in their entirety at the corresponding place; fig. 2 is a perspective view similar to that of the previous figure with corresponding caches also shown in dash lines and at the corresponding place in a continuous line, for the realization of a double electric mechanism, operable by means of two keys to tilting half-module; fig. 3 is a view similar to that of the preceding figures, and in particular the first, with an intermediate frame located around the key; fig. 4 is a view similar to the three preceding figures, in the embodiment with double electric mechanism and with two half-module keys, provided with an intermediate frame, located around the two keys; fig. 5 is a perspective view from below, according to Figure 2, showing the base plate, the cover of the latter, a key cover, and two covers for two semi-module keys in the form of FIG. 6 is an exploded perspective view of the basic electric socket outlet embodiment with the base plate and cover therefor; fig. 7 is an embodiment shown in a manner identical to the previous figure, in which the plate is provided with an intermediate frame; fig. 8 is a view similar to that of the previous figure, but with the intermediate frame which has a folding lid; fig. 9 is a sectional view of the base plate with its cover in place, showing the attachment of the latter; fig. 10 is a detail, on a larger scale, of the form of fixing the cover on the base plate, shown in Figure 9; fig. 11 is a cut of the key with its cache in place; fig. 12 is a detail, on a larger scale, of the attachment of the cover to the key, shown in Figure 11; fig. 13 is a section of the base plate with an intermediate frame installed thereon; fig. 14 is a section similar to that of the previous figure, but with the intermediate frame provided with a raised folding lid; and FIG. Finally, it is a detail, on a larger scale, of the fixing of the intermediate frame, with or without a folding lid, on the base plate. According to all these drawings, the present invention consists of a base plate (1) with its central window (2), located, in the embodiment which is described, slightly moved towards the upper side of greater length. Below this base plate (1) is the appropriate electrical mechanism (3) while above the plate, and coinciding with the window (2), both at the position and the dimensions , is placed the rocking key (4) actuation. This tilting key (4) is fixed by lower pins (4a), which fit on the balance (3a) of the electric mechanism (3). On the base plate (1) is suitably fixed, the plate cover (5), with dimensions adapted to the base plate and made of a material with sufficient elasticity to allow the necessary and correct coupling on the plate ( 1), cover presented with a suitable chromatic finish, according to the wishes of the user. A cover (6) with the same characteristics, is also suitably fixed on the rocker (4), which is also provided with a chromatic finish appropriate to the decorative needs of the assembly. The plate cover (5) has a window (5a) of identical dimensions and location and coincides with the window (2) of the base plate (1) for its perfect fit and coupling. The plate cover (5) has, near the lower edge of two of its lateral faces, respective projections of triangular section (7), as a tab, which are assembled under pressure against the lateral flanges (8) that the base plate (1) on its lower edge. Cavities (7a) located near the projections (7) on the edge of the cover (5) facilitate the uncoupling of said cover, while notches (8a), located below the flange (8), also facilitate this uncoupling operation. The key cover (6) has, in turn, a flange (9) near its lower perimeter, constituting a right-angle groove (9a) which fits under the bottom edge (10) of the rocker key (4). ). This flange (9) of the key cover (6) is rounded over its entire surface, as shown in Figures 11 and 12. In the embodiment shown in Figure 2, the assembly provides two electrical mechanisms (3), the base plate (1) and its plate cover (5) being identical to the embodiment described above, being different, this is self-evident, the two tilting half-module keys (11), each of them for the actuation of the corresponding electric mechanism (3). On these semi-module keys (11) are placed their respective caps (12), with identical characteristics to the cover of the key (6), as regards both the type of material and the chromatic finish, as well as with regard to the fixing means to the respective half-module keys (11). Whether in the embodiment of the device with a single rocking key (6) or with two half-module keys (11), it is possible to place an intermediate frame (13), identical in both embodiments, frame which is coupled to the window (2) of the base plate (1), its upper face (14) remaining visible, above the upper face of the base plate (1) itself. This intermediate frame (13) has on its lateral faces (15) projections of triangular section (16), the flat face of which is nested under the inner rim (17) of the window (2) of the base plate (1). as shown in Figures 13 and 15. Said intermediate frame presents the framing variant (18) with folding lid (19), provided with the hinges (20) necessary in its rear zone and lateral thicknesses (21) for the nesting of this folding lid (19). ) on the intermediate frame (18) itself, all of which is shown in Figures 8 and 14. Finally, in the embodiment of the electrical base socket mechanism (22), said mechanism is positioned by fitting the square upper portion (23) of its body into the window (2) of the plate (1), plate on which one has the appropriate plate cover (5).
